Tickets, Wallet Passes, and QR Codes
GateHopper tickets may include QR codes or similar technology used to validate entry. When a ticket is scanned, we and/or the organizer/venue may record scan status, time, and related identifiers to prevent duplicate use and help resolve entry issues.
If you add a ticket to a mobile wallet, your wallet provider may collect information under their own privacy policy.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by our payment partners. GateHopper does not store full payment card numbers. Our partners may collect and process payment details under their own privacy policies.
